By accessing or using IGNameCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

IGNameCraft is a free tool that generates Instagram username suggestions based on user input. The Service:

• Provides username ideas for personal and business use
• Allows users to manually check username availability by redirecting to Instagram
• Does not create Instagram accounts or interact with Instagram's API

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Verify username availability independently before using any suggested name
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use generated usernames for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
• Not use the Service to spam, harass, or impersonate others
• Understand that usernames are suggestions only and may already be taken
• Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not identify individual users.

4. No Guarantees

IGNameCraft provides username suggestions "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• The availability of any suggested username
• That suggested usernames comply with Instagram's policies
• The uniqueness or originality of generated names
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

5. Intellectual Property

Generated usernames are not copyrighted or trademarked by IGNameCraft. Users may freely use any generated username, subject to Instagram's terms and availability. The Service itself, including its design and code, is protected by copyright.

6. Third-Party Links

The Service may link to Instagram.com to check username availability. We are not responsible for Instagram's content, privacy practices, or terms of service. Your use of Instagram is governed by their own terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGNameCraft and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Usernames being unavailable or already taken
• Account suspension or ban by Instagram
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

8. Disclaimer of Affiliation

IGNameCraft is an independent tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram® is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
